Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10 field sales executives to achieve assigned business targets.
  • Drive acquisition of new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through open market sourcing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through cross-selling of insurance, mutual funds, and other third-party financial products.
  • Ensure high productivity of the team by conducting daily huddles, performance reviews, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Plan and execute branch-level lead generation activities and field campaigns to boost business.
  • Personally meet key customers to build relationships and close high-value CASA accounts.
  • Monitor team members' daily activities, ensure timely follow-ups, and resolve customer issues.
  • Facilitate ongoing training for team members on products, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service.
  • Recruit and onboard new sales team members to maintain adequate manpower.
  • Maintain and report key performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–6 years in field sales; at least 1 year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Strong experience in CASA sourcing, liability products, and cross-selling financial products.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be target-driven, energetic, and customer-oriented.
  • Should have knowledge of banking operations, compliance norms, and KYC regulations.
