BSA/Product Owner Core Financials (D365 P2P & I2C)

• Act as BSA/Product Owner for Microsoft D365 ERP, focusing on P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and I2C (Invoice-to-Cash) processes.

• Elicit and document functional ERP requirements from business stakeholders and refine user stories for sprint delivery.

• Translate requirements into build components, including configurations, extensions, reports, workflows, and integrations.

• Perform hands-on configuration tasks to enable D365 features and document functional design specifications as needed.

• Lead development of billing integrations from Salesforce to D365 ERP and collaborate with QA teams to define test plans and participate in testing.

• Ensure smooth ERP operations, process optimization, and adherence to Finance & Accounting standards.
