Key Deliverables:
- Handle inbound voice calls for British Universal Bank customers
- Deliver excellent query resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain service quality and adherence to AHT and CSAT metrics
- Ensure complete and accurate logging of customer interactions
Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to UK-based customer inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain compliance with voice support protocols and SLAs
- Use internal tools to resolve banking queries efficiently
- Work rotational UK shifts with both-side cab support
