We're seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead WoodenStreet's brand presence globally, shaping brand love, recall, and narrative across digital and offline channels. This high-impact role requires experience in brand campaigns, content, PR, and social storytelling.

  • You'll work closely with the CMO, present to the founders' office, and manage a growing team while collaborating across functions.
  • We're based in Udaipur; this full-time role demands a strategic thinker with execution expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Campaigns: Lead end-to-end planning and execution across various channels.
  • PR & Corporate Communications: Shape media narrative, drive visibility, and position leadership effectively.
  • Content & Storytelling: Define the brand voice, tone, and messaging to resonate with our audience.
  • Influencer & Social Partnerships: Lead influencer marketing initiatives, identify key creators, and measure their impact.
  • Internal Brand Culture: Foster brand love internally, collaborating with HR and leadership to embed brand values.
  • Creative & Agency Management: Work with external partners to deliver high-quality creative output.
  • Budget & Performance: Manage campaign budgets, measure effectiveness, and drive commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Campaign Expertise: Hands-on experience with brand campaigns, influencer marketing, social storytelling, or PR-led initiatives.
  • Creative Judgment: Strong ability to write clear briefs and provide insightful feedback on creative work.
  • Leadership: Comfortable working with senior leadership and presenting independently.
  • Work Style: Possesses a fast-paced, hands-on, and ownership-driven approach.
  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Udaipur full-time (relocation support offered).
