Job Description
• Own and manage the end-to-end P&L for assigned product categories, including growth, margins, pricing, and forecasting.
• Develop and execute business strategies in collaboration with finance, demand planning, and supply chain teams.
• Lead content marketing strategy across digital channels including social media, influencer marketing, and brand campaigns.
• Build a strong brand voice and drive creative storytelling through internal and external teams.
• Manage product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality and market relevance.
• Analyze consumer trends, feedback, and market insights to drive innovation and product pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
