Job Summary:
As a Brand & Content Strategist at IBM, you will develop and execute audience-centric messaging, branding, and content strategies to position IBM's data for AI offerings. You will orchestrate brand-to-demand journeys, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create distinctive, engaging experiences that drive awareness, familiarity, and consideration for IBM's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Content Strategy: Develop compelling brand, messaging, and content strategies that deliver the right content, at the right time, to the right audiences, driving measurable outcomes throughout the funnel.
- Audience-Centric Execution: Orchestrate a cohesive brand-to-demand journey for offerings, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, media partners, digital strategists, and field marketers.
- Creative Innovation: Propose and execute bold, differentiated content experiences that convey the value of IBM offerings beyond typical formats such as white papers or demos.
- Agile Collaboration: Work in an agile squad environment to make evidence-based decisions quickly and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Partner Management: Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to efficiently produce high-quality product content.
- Testing & Optimization: Demonstrate a growth mindset by continually testing, measuring, and optimizing strategies to ensure the best outcomes and audience experiences.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Strong analytical mindset to identify opportunities, test solutions, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for messaging, brand, and content strategy
- Growth mindset with the ability to experiment, learn quickly, and adapt based on results
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Experience in developing content strategies for technology or data-driven products
- Familiarity with marketing, communications, and brand management principles
