Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall objectives and market conditions in the Middle East
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set sales targets and revenue goals for the branch and work with the sales team to achieve them
  • Sales Team Management: Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet their targets
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape in the Middle Eastern region
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, generate sales forecasts, and provide regular sales reports to senior management
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Middle East, expanding the company's customer base
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to support sales efforts
  • Budget Management: Manage the branch's sales budget and expenses efficiently
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations of the sales team, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans if necessary
