Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Branch Operations Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities at the branch. The candidate should ensure smooth functioning of branch processes, compliance with internal policies, customer satisfaction, and support to the sales and service teams. This role requires strong coordination, documentation, and back-office management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, including cash handling, account opening, and transaction processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all customer transactions.
  • Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory policies, including KYC/AML.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Oversee customer service at the branch and support front-end teams.
  • Handle audit requirements and ensure operational risk is minimized.
  • Support in preparing operational reports and MIS for senior management.
  • Supervise administrative tasks and ensure efficient functioning of the branch.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–7 years of experience in branch operations, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
