Branch Manager - Retail MFB

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive loan disbursements while maintaining delinquency controls.
• Identify and manage Joint Liability Groups for loan disbursement.
• Conduct field visits, centre meetings, and applicant assessments.
• Track portfolio quality, delinquency, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience, preferably in microfinance or JLG sales.
• Basic understanding of microfinance operations and customer service.
• Strong relationship and field sales management skills.
