Job Description
Sales and Portfolio Management
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring best-in-class portfolio quality of the branch.
Team Leadership
- Effectively lead a team of Loan Officers/Field Staff to achieve their expected business targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to guide and motivate Loan Officers.
Collections and Repayment
- Ensure maximum collection efficiency and regular repayment by all customers.
- Design a collection strategy to avoid risky areas and maintain portfolio quality.
- Track repayment by regular customers and follow up with delinquent customers, non-starters, and fraud cases.
Monitoring and Performance Assessment
- Conduct surprise visits and sample Centre Meetings to assess loan officer performance and implement corrective actions.
- Hold daily morning and evening meetings with Loan Officers for planning and tracking projections.
Branch Operations and Compliance
- Maintain branch registers, documents, and handle compliance, audit, legal, admin, and HR matters.
- Ensure all laid-down systems and processes are followed as stipulated by Senior Management.
Staff Training and Development
- Identify training needs based on market trends and business opportunities.
- Ensure ongoing staff skill development and resource optimization.
- Guide team to improve First Time Right (FTR) and turnaround time (TAT).
Customer Service and Branding
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Maintain branch standards in alignment with brand values.
- Promote brand retention and recall among customers and non-customers.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
