Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning and meeting business targets.
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow liabilities business, increasing revenue streams for the bank.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of integrity and ethics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in retail banking or related field (liabilities management).
  • Proven track record in heading branches or managing teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of branch handling, branch management, BM (Branch Manager), branch operations, team handling, and team leading skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
