Branch Manager Mutual Fund

This role is for a Branch Manager to oversee branch operations and drive revenue generation from investment products within an Asset Management Company (AMC). The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds and be responsible for managing staff, educating channel partners, and increasing participation in revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the branch and assist staff in generating maximum revenue from the AMC's investment products.
• Communicate and educate Channel Partners and distributors about product advantages.
• Conduct regular presentations, meetings, reviews, and training sessions to increase participation in revenue generation.
• Profile Channels and assign them targets.
• Ensure depth knowledge of Mutual Funds among the team and effectively engage with Distributors, Ultra HNI clients, and Channel Partners.

Skills & Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.
• Strong ability to manage a branch and lead a team.
• Proven experience in communicating and educating Channel Partners and distributors.
• Experience in profiling channels and assigning targets.
• NISM V A and NISM XXI A certifications are preferred.
