Job Description

• Company: Muthoot Risk Insurance and Broking Services (P) Ltd. 

• Position: Branch Manager – Life Insurance – Direct Channel & Business Development Manager – Life Insurance 

• Base Location: Kollam, Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Thrissur

• Industry: Life Insurance / Insurance Broking / Any BSF sales 

• Channel: Direct Sales 

• CTC: 3.60 to 5.00 LPA  + Attractive Incentives & Career growths

Functional Competencies: Graduation / Post Graduation & 3 – 6 years of Sales experience in Life Insurance agency and direct channel Industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch's cold-calling activities to generate new business leads.

• Manage end-to-end client relationships for life , term insurance(GTLI) & Credit Shield Insurance.

• Provide need-based financial advisory and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with insurer partners for proposals, issuance, and after-sales service.

• Build cross-sell opportunities within the existing retail base.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and persistency targets.

• Graduate with 3–7years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably with broker or DSA channels.

• Strong understanding of protection, ULIP, and savings products.

• Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills. Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve business objectives.
