Branch Manager - Microfinance Business

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive disbursement and collections with minimal delinquency.
• Build and manage sales teams across assigned territories.
• Conduct field visits, centre meetings, and monitor JLG performance.
• Track portfolio health and ensure fraud and delinquency controls.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–5 years of experience, preferably in microfinance or JLG sales.
• Strong customer relationship and sales skills.
• Understanding of microfinance operations and rural markets.
