Job Description
- Meet Unit Targets: Achieve overall unit revenue and productivity goals.
- Implement Standards: Ensure the successful implementation of the GOLD system within the unit.
- Sales Activity Supervision: Supervise the activity plans of Sales Managers and Agent Advisors to ensure they meet desired standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all Sales Managers and Agents under your supervision operate according to company rules and regulations.
- Track Productivity Metrics: Monitor and track key productivity measures for the unit, including:
- AFYP (Annualized First Year Premium)
- Case rate
- Annual mode business
- Persistency
- Paid cases per agent
- YTD appointments
- SM (Sales Manager) appointments
- Proactive agent retention
- Annual FYC (First Year Commission) standards
- Agency Growth: Execute plans designed to foster the growth of the agency.
- Recruitment: Identify, interview, and select new Sales Managers from your natural market and through networking.
- Sales & Service Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to established sales and service standards for Sales Managers.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct weekly Performance Review and Planning (PRP) sessions for Sales Managers.
- Sales Manager Retention & Development: Ensure the retention of Sales Managers by creating their development plans, addressing training needs, and maintaining regular communication.
- Leadership Pipeline: Build a leadership pipeline of future Sales Managers (SMs) and Agency Partners (APs) from within the unit.
Other Responsibilities
- HO Coordination: Coordinate effectively with the Head Office.
- Sales Promotion: Organize and participate in sales promotion activities.
- General Office Support: Assist in the overall running of the General Office.

Education & Experience
- Minimum Education: Graduate, preferably with an MBA.
- Minimum/Specific Experience:
- If MBA: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and sales management, including recruitment, supervision, and people development.
- If Graduate: Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the above domain.
- Market Exposure: Should have local market exposure and experience working in process-driven, quality sales organizations.
