Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients with their technical issues and inquiries. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Installing and configuring computer systems and software
• Explaining technical terms and concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• 10+3 years Diploma or Any Graduation
• Fluency in Hindi and English

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of computer/laptop hardware
• Excellent communication skills
