Role Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue and productivity targets through agency channel
• Recruit, mentor, and retain Sales Managers and agents
• Conduct weekly reviews and ensure goal adherence
• Drive policy sales including rural and social segments

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 5–7 years of experience in life insurance agency management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in tracking performance metrics like AFYP, persistency, and case rates
