Branch Manager - Agency Vertical(Life Insurance)

Role Responsibilities:

• Meet unit revenue and productivity targets through agency development
• Recruit, coach, and retain Sales Managers and Agent Advisors
• Drive activity planning, performance reviews, and GOLD system implementation
• Track and manage key productivity metrics (AFYP, persistency, case rates)

Job Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 7–8 years of experience in sales and people management in insurance
• Strong knowledge of local market with process-driven sales exposure
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing agency teams
