Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Current Account & Savings Account sales.
• Acquire new customers through direct sales to walk-in clients as well as referrals.
• Coordinate with the Direct Sales Team to ensure alignment of sales activities.
• Supervise and monitor Personal Bankers and contract sales personnel.
• Address and manage critical customer needs efficiently.
• Deepen relationships with existing customers through cross-selling of products and services.
• Provide product support to ensure branch and direct sales team meet sales targets.
• Review daily accounts opened, report progress, and update SS cards with account numbers.
