Branch Manager

We are actively seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Branch Manager to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for significantly driving branch revenue from HNIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals), retail clients, and franchisees within the wealth and broking business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to ensure branch profitability and business surplus through effective asset gathering and will drive comprehensive product penetration across various financial instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Drive branch revenue from HNIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals), retail clients, and franchisees across both the wealth and broking business segments, ensuring consistent growth.
• Profitability & Asset Gathering: Ensure overall branch profitability and business surplus by leading strategic initiatives for asset gathering and efficient resource management.
• Product Penetration: Maximize product penetration across a diverse range of offerings, including equity, F&O (Futures & Options), currency, MF (Mutual Funds), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), PMS (Portfolio Management Services), and insurance, to meet varied client needs and capture market share.

• Strong ability to drive branch revenue from diverse client segments (HNIs, retail, franchisees).
• Expertise in ensuring branch profitability and business surplus.
• Proven track record in successful asset gathering.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in achieving broad product penetration across financial instruments like equity, F&O, currency, MF, AIF, PMS, and insurance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• In-depth understanding of the wealth and broking industry.
