We have an opportunity with the one of the leading mattress brands for the Jaipur, Patna, Guwahati, Bhuwaneshwar and Kolkata locations

Note: - Only MBA from Premium institute will work.

Key Accountability: - Sales Target, Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development.

Key Decision: -

• Propose introduction/discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.
• Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share of Starlite on a sustainable basis.
• Strategically build Sales Team and Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships.

Working Relation:

• Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs/market feedback.
• Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges.
• Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level.
• Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
