Job Description:

  • Branch Operations:
  • Manage opening and closing of the branch store.
  • Ensure timely reporting to Head Office (HO) and Branch Manager (BM).
  • Maintain housekeeping, product display, and stock management.
  • Ensure orderliness and proper housekeeping to enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee optimal stock display and in-store presentation.
  • Team Management:
  • Train, coach, and mentor branch staff and new employees to improve performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through open communication and teamwork.
  • Marketing and Business Development:
  • Execute Through-The-Line (TTL) marketing activities.
  • Conduct customer calling, WhatsApp messaging, and digital/social marketing initiatives in coordination with Marketing.
  • Customer Service:
  • Greet customers and conduct need analysis to understand requirements.
  • Provide detailed product information, recommendations, and manage referral programs or gift handling.
  • Stock and Inventory Management:
  • Perform daily cycle counts of branch inventory using ERP or POS systems.
  • Assist Branch Manager in stock forecasting and maintaining Minimum Stock Levels (MSL).
  • Report stock shortages or damages and implement stock control measures.
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities for the branch.
  • Alignment with Organizational Values:
  • Prepare and manage branch reports and MIS including sales data, inventory updates, employee performance, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, HR guidelines, and ethical practices.
  • Uphold the organization's core culture, values, and ethics in daily operations.
