Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly planning relevant to the role's core functions (e.g., sales, operations, finance, etc.).
- Execute assigned tasks with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Monitor and report on progress, identify gaps, and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant systems or tools.
- Provide support in customer or client interactions, as applicable.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other organizational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and any relevant regulatory requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., sales, finance, operations, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Commerce, Computer Science, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools or systems relevant to the role (e.g., CRM software, Oracle, UiPath, MS Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Certification(s) in relevant areas (e.g., RPA, Accounting, Sales, etc.) will be an added advantage.
