Job Summary:

The Branch Banking Officer is responsible for acquiring new savings account customers and promoting banking products in the assigned area. The role involves direct customer interaction, achieving sales targets, and ensuring good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire New to Bank (NTB) savings account customers
• Generate leads and references from the catchment area
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Explain and sell banking products to customers
• Activate customers on digital banking channels
• Support Sales Manager in catchment mapping
• Follow bank policies and compliance guidelines
• Maintain good customer relationship

Experience:

• 1–4 years of experience
• Industry: BFSI
• Sales experience preferred
