BPO/Chat process

• Accurately document customer interactions, details, and resolutions in the system.
• Adhere to established chat protocols, company guidelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and process changes.
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring timely and accurate responses.
