BPO Telecaller-(Marathi & Hindi) | Collection Process | Fresher To Exp

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls for collections
• Communicate effectively in Marathi and Hindi with customers
• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments
• Maintain a professional tone during calls and ensure customer cooperation
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed for query resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Work Details:

• Full-time, on-site role
• Shift timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Interview Rounds: HR and Operations
