Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Make outbound calls to a list of leads, prospects, or customers to introduce products/services, or generate leads.
  • Pitch and promote services, offers, or products based on customer needs.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities through effective questioning and engagement.
  • Lead Generation & Sales:
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable products/services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the team or management.
  • Convert leads into sales by persuading customers and overcoming objections.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build rapport with customers, establishing trust and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Provide clear and concise product information to customers, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Follow up on potential leads and re-engage customers to ensure conversions.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer information, and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Track and report on key metrics like call volume, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure all calls adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance regulations.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding lead quality, customer objections, or process improvements.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas or lead generation targets.
  • Monitor personal performance and strive for continuous improvement in sales techniques and customer interaction.
