Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to a list of leads, prospects, or customers to introduce products/services, or generate leads.
- Pitch and promote services, offers, or products based on customer needs.
- Identify potential sales opportunities through effective questioning and engagement.
- Lead Generation & Sales:
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable products/services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the team or management.
- Convert leads into sales by persuading customers and overcoming objections.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build rapport with customers, establishing trust and maintaining professional relationships.
- Provide clear and concise product information to customers, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Follow up on potential leads and re-engage customers to ensure conversions.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer information, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Track and report on key metrics like call volume, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all calls adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance regulations.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding lead quality, customer objections, or process improvements.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas or lead generation targets.
- Monitor personal performance and strive for continuous improvement in sales techniques and customer interaction.
