Hiring: Customer Support Executive

Location: Kilpauk, Chennai

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: 6 Days (1st & 2nd Saturday Off)

Job Role:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

• Resolve queries related to payments and receipts

• Conduct welcome calls & mobile verification

• Raise and track tickets until resolution

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Eligibility:

• Graduation Not Mandatory

• Freshers welcome

Languages:

Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Hindi (Any one)

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge
