Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of BPO Voice Experience

Communication: Excellent English communication required

Shift: 5 Rotational Shifts with 2 Rotational Offs

Salary: 3.5 LPA – 4.5 LPA

Location: Bangalore

Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab

2. Travel Process

Qualification: Minimum 12th & Above

Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required

Shift: Rotational Shift with 2 Rotational Offs

Salary: Up to 30,000 CTC (Approx. 26,000 Take Home)

Location: Bangalore

Age Limit: Up to 30 years

Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab (within 20 km)

3. Claims Process – International Voice

Qualification: Minimum 12th & Above

Experience: Minimum 12 months of International Voice Process experience

Shift: Rotational Shift / Rotational Off

Salary: 5 LPA – 6 LPA

Location: Bangalore

Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab

4. BPO Sales Process

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience:

• Freshers can apply

• Minimum 1 year of BPO Sales experience preferred

Shift: Night Rotational Shift with 2 Rotational Offs

Salary:

• Freshers – 17,500 Take Home

• Experienced – 32,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives

5. International Voice Process (UK Shift)

Qualification: Minimum 12th & Above

Experience:

• Freshers can apply

• Candidates with 18–24 months International Voice Process experience

• US / UK Domain experience preferred

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / Specialist

Shift: UK Shift with 2 Rotational Offs

Salary: 3 LPA – 5 LPA

Location: Domlur, Bangalore

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Assist customers with queries related to products, services, billing, or accounts

• Provide accurate information and timely solutions

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining service quality

• Maintain customer records and update details in the system

• Document all customer interactions in CRM or internal tools

• Work closely with team members to achieve performance and service targets

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Knowledge of regional languages (Kannada / Hindi / Tamil) is an advantage

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good listening skills and empathy towards customer needs

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and dynamic work schedules
