Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Chat Process / Non-Voice:
- Handle customer queries through live chat or emails efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, billing, orders, or technical support.
- Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to higher teams.
- Maintain chat logs and update records accurately in the CRM.
- Meet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Education: 12th pass or any graduate.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior BPO/chat support experience is a plus.
- Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, clarity).
- Typing speed of 30-35 WPM with accuracy (for chat roles).
- Good multitasking ability and computer proficiency.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing tools.
- Patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
- Ability to handle multiple chat windows and calls simultaneously (for blended roles).
- Basic problem-solving and product knowledge.
