BPO Call Center

Job Description:

We are hiring for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the International Voice Process at our BPO Call Center. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Follow processes and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• A passion for customer service and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in night shifts (if required).
• Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is an added advantage, but freshers are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge.
