Job Description
- Overall responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation, development, administration, infra of Financial Services
- Managing Financial Services projects from initiation to completion, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Managing projects, teams, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with business goals
- Demonstrates strategic thinking, anticipates challenges and can recommend multiple action plans.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the product delivery.
- Networking through proactive means with stakeholders at Product and Domain level of seniority.
- Maintaining high performance levels of processes and people.
- Responsible for performance assessment and improvement of feature team members.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Disseminate and develop the organization s culture and values within the feature teams.
- Manage feature team s portfolio & set up targets for individual & feature team development.
- Facilitate learning objectives required as per the product delivery needs.
What should you bring along
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Technology Industry with at least 9 years in project deliveries and people management roles.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in building feature teams for delivering Financial Services.
- Strong communication, negotiating, interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in IT / Business Stakeholder management.
- Customer centric and people centric approach to delivery excellence.
- Knowledge, and experience in Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
- Knowledge in Cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure.
Must have technical skill
- Managing multiple Projects, Teams, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with business goals
- Product / Project Management, Agile Toolkit usage Skills & Collaboration skills.
- People leading experience.
- Capabilities to take self-initiative in uncertain circumstances.
- Able to manage precise communication(s) to management after filtering various inputs from Feature teams and stakeholders.
- Able to maintain discipline in work ethics across team members for seamless oversight and efficiency.
Good to have Technical skills
- Certification(s) in technical fields.
- Certification in Agile or Project Management
- Experience in working with international teams through conventional on-premise participation and virtual events.
- Experience in creating and conducting workshops and team events.
- Operations Support Experience, ITIL Certification
- Presentation skills (for senior management / clients)
- Data analysis tools and techniques
