Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, deployment, commissioning, and integration of Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV, and Access Control Systems (ACS), ensuring seamless IT connectivity and optimal operational performance.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of BMS projects in greenfield developments, including requirements gathering, solution design, system architecture, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, system optimization, and upgrades of building automation systems to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
Develop and enforce cybersecurity best practices, data integrity controls, and secure network infrastructure standards for BMS and integrated building systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, physical security, project management, and external vendors to ensure coordinated execution and long-term system support.
Manage system documentation, change management processes, configuration baselines, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct training sessions and mentor in-house technical teams and end-users on system operations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and emergency response protocols.
Monitor system performance metrics, analyze operational data, and generate management reports highlighting system health, risks, and improvement recommendations.
