Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BMC Remedy Helix Developer with hands-on expertise in customizing, integrating, and supporting BMC Helix solutions. You will be responsible for developing and integrating BMC Helix/Remedy with other systems, configuring ITSM modules and CMDB reconciliation jobs, and providing technical support to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of ITSM processes and service management best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate BMC Helix/Remedy solutions with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Customize BMC Helix modules, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Configure Foundation Data, ITSM modules, and CMDB reconciliation jobs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams on BMC Helix functionalities.
  • Stay updated with BMC Helix enhancements and recommend improvements for better performance.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions for ITSM monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and engage with BMC support to resolve escalated issues.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of customization, API integrations, and workflow automation in BMC Helix/Remedy.
  • Hands-on experience in BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Digital Workplace Advanced, and iPaaS integrations.
  • Experience with Remedy Single Sign-On, Mid-tier, Smart IT, and Helix Dashboard.
  • Expertise in configuration management, including CMDB reconciliation, datasets, attributes, and notifications.
  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and automation scripts for ITSM monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and debugging BMC Helix issues.
  • Good understanding of enterprise ITSM processes and service management best practices.
  • Experience with HTML-based notification customization and UI enhancements.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
