BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning - Technical Consultant

 Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to supply planning and management.

Design and implement BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning solutions to meet the specific needs of client.

Customize and configure BlueYonder applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BlueYonder software issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of the implemented solutions.

Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver successful project outcomes.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and process workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting BlueYonder (formerly JDA) Enterprise Supply Planning solutions.

Strong technical knowledge of BlueYonder applications, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages.

Experience with data migration, data integration, and ETL processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning or related modules.
• Experience with cloud-based BlueYonder solutions and SaaS implementations.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with other supply chain planning tools and ERP systems.
