Blockchain Developer - Telecom

• We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer with experience in the telecom domain to design, develop, and implement blockchain-based solutions that enhance telecom processes such as identity management, number portability, roaming, fraud prevention, and billing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, smart contract development, and distributed ledger principles, along with an understanding of telecom systems and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement blockchain-based applications tailored for telecom use cases (e.g., SIM identity, roaming settlement, fraud detection).
• Develop and deploy smart contracts using Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar platforms.
• Integrate blockchain solutions with existing telecom infrastructure (OSS/BSS systems).
• Work closely with solution architects, network engineers, and security teams to align blockchain applications with telecom requirements.
• Write clean, secure, scalable code and perform code reviews and testing.
• Optimize blockchain protocols and solutions for performance and scalability.
• Develop APIs and middleware to connect blockchain with front-end and external systems.
• Conduct research and stay updated on emerging blockchain trends, tools, and telecom standards.
• Document design decisions, protocols, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of software development experience with at least 2+ years in blockchain development.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, or Polygon.
• Proficiency in smart contract development (Solidity, Chaincode, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Web3, Truffle, Ganache, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of telecom processes and protocols (e.g., SIM lifecycle, billing, OSS/BSS, 5G architecture).
• Familiarity with APIs, REST, JSON-RPC, and integrating blockchain with external systems.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git).
• Basic knowledge of telecom regulatory and security standards (optional but preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
