Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Blended Process (Voice + Non-Voice):

  • Manage inbound/outbound customer calls and chat/email interactions.
  • Switch smoothly between voice and non-voice communication channels.
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience across all channels.
  • Achieve sales targets or service goals as per process requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Education: 12th pass or any graduate.
  • Experience: Freshers welcome; prior BPO/chat support experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, clarity).
  • Typing speed of 30-35 WPM with accuracy (for chat roles).
  • Good multitasking ability and computer proficiency.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing tools.
  • Patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
  • Ability to handle multiple chat windows and calls simultaneously (for blended roles).
  • Basic problem-solving and product knowledge.
