Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Blended Process (Voice + Non-Voice):
- Manage inbound/outbound customer calls and chat/email interactions.
- Switch smoothly between voice and non-voice communication channels.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience across all channels.
- Achieve sales targets or service goals as per process requirements.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Education: 12th pass or any graduate.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior BPO/chat support experience is a plus.
- Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, clarity).
- Typing speed of 30-35 WPM with accuracy (for chat roles).
- Good multitasking ability and computer proficiency.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing tools.
- Patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
- Ability to handle multiple chat windows and calls simultaneously (for blended roles).
- Basic problem-solving and product knowledge.
