BIW Structure Design and Development Professional

Responsibilities:

Design & Concept Development

• Design and develop concepts for Body in White (BIW) projects aligned with product development milestones and cross-functional requirements.
• Provide extended support for BIW projects by delivering innovative solutions and concepts through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Component Development & Documentation

• Develop components using Siemens NX following defined methodologies.
• Document deliverables in PLM systems for downstream processes.
• Create, document, and archive all necessary joining elements adhering to established methodologies.

Manufacturing & Assembly Support

• Address manufacturing, assembly, and tolerance requirements.
• Support release management activities to ensure smooth project delivery.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Ensure effective communication with business partners and stakeholders.
• Actively share innovation, learnings, and knowledge within the team.
