BIW Robotics simulation professional

Education Qualification : Diploma or BE/B.Tech

• 3 -5 years of experience in BIW Robotic simulation.
• Experience on Robotic simulation in Automotive manufacturing process.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA & ABB robots and other robots will be an added advantage.
• Experience on layout optimization.
• Experience on manufacturing processes like spot welding, riveting, Adhesive & Sealing, Stud welding, material handling.
• Experience on Arc welding, hemming, clinching, laser welding, screwing will be an added advantage.
• Experience on identifying tools/equipment/mockups preparations for above manufacturing processes.
• Experience on Fixture, tool & Gun Kinematics.
• Experience on Tool validation, weld spot distribution, work cell preparation, weld gun finalization, robot path preparation.
• Must have good communication skills & team player. Should be flexible and able to manage complexity.
• Awareness on RCS, OLP, documentation, cycle time analysis & optimization will be an added advantage.
