 Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate current bio-manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Ensure all biochemical processes comply with environmental regulations and governmental policies.
• Develop products and waste removal techniques with reduced environmental impact.
• Plan, oversee, and lead experiments, studies, and research initiatives.
• Prepare project plans including resource allocation, task delegation, and budget estimation.
• Develop simulations and models using specialized software.
• Obtain permits and complete patent applications as required.
• Create diagrams and schematics using CAD software.
• Collaborate with other staff to develop and implement quality assurance processes.
• Stay updated with scientific research, attend conferences, and network with engineers, scientists, and professionals.
