Bioprocess Zone Leader - North, West & East
Job Description
• Lead commercial activities in the North, West, and East zones, ensuring strong customer connections.
• Manage and mentor a team of account managers to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Devise and maintain routine prospecting activities in the assigned region.
• Track customer deliveries, escalate issues proactively, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Close pending tasks with stakeholders through proactive escalation and follow-up.
• Publish and maintain dashboards for key commercial parameters.
• Analyze major accounts using data analytics and generate actionable insights.
• Create and implement strategies for major accounts to drive growth.
• Operate leveraging DBS (Daily Business System) and implement VMDMs.
• Mentor team members on DBS methodologies and best practices.
