Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales Leadership
Lead and manage commercial activities across the North Zone to drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and achieve regional business targets.
Team Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of account managers by setting clear performance goals, providing strategic direction, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong and regular engagement with key customers to understand their requirements, ensure satisfaction, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Prospecting & Business Development
Develop and maintain consistent prospecting strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
Key Account Strategy & Insights
Analyze major accounts using data analytics to generate insights and develop strategic plans to enhance account performance and drive growth.
Sales Operations & Delivery Coordination
Monitor customer deliveries, address operational issues, and escalate concerns proactively to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards to track key commercial metrics, sales performance, and operational indicators for informed decision-making.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, close pending tasks, and ensure seamless execution of commercial activities.
