We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Biology Tutor to help improve AI performance in K12 Biology education. In this flexible, remote role, you'll apply your subject matter expertise to shape how AI understands and teaches core biology concepts to school students.

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated content aligned with K12 Biology curriculum standards.
• Ensure accurate, student-friendly explanations of key topics such as cell biology, genetics, ecology, and evolution.
• Design prompts and assess AI responses for clarity, scientific rigor, and instructional value.
• Provide actionable feedback to enhance the AI's teaching accuracy and conceptual depth.
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate best practices from K12 Biology education.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of K12 Biology curriculum and pedagogical methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in tutoring or teaching Biology at the K12 level is preferred.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools or ed-tech platforms is a plus.
