Biology Specialist (Msc)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Biology Expert with an MSc degree to help us train and refine AI systems through data annotation, model evaluation, and subject-matter insights. You'll play a crucial role in improving AI's scientific accuracy and reasoning capabilities, with a specific focus on Biology education and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate and structure Biology-related data to support AI learning and comprehension.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback on AI-generated Biology content to ensure scientific accuracy.
• Assist in developing high-quality problem sets, solutions, and explanations used in AI training workflows.
• Work closely with AI researchers to enhance performance in domains like genetics, ecology, anatomy, and molecular biology using RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) and SFT (Supervised Fine-Tuning).

Required Qualifications

• MSc in Biology or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational and applied knowledge in Biology.
• Experience in teaching, academic research, content creation, or curriculum development is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI, data annotation, or machine learning tools is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and written communication skills.
