Biology Specialist

• Annotate and review AI-generated Biology content to ensure alignment with K12 academic standards.
• Ensure explanations of topics such as cell structure, genetics, human anatomy, and ecology are accurate, age-appropriate, and student-friendly.
• Design and refine prompts that elicit high-quality AI responses.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clarity, scientific rigor, and engagement.
• Collaborate with AI teams to embed best practices in pedagogy and content design.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve the AI's instructional quality and conceptual accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Education, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the K12 Biology curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Prior experience in tutoring or teaching Biology at the K10/K12 level is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and online educational platforms is a plus.
