Biological Lab Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and non-routine tests and analyses using appropriate technical equipment and instruments.
• Receive, collect, and process samples for laboratory testing.
• Calculate test results, log, and report findings using computer systems.
• Prepare and supervise experiments under research protocols.
• Perform quality control procedures and calibrate equipment as necessary.
• Maintain laboratory equipment in proper working order and ensure a clean work environment.
• Adhere to safe work practices, complying with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and observe experiments, recording production and test data for evaluation by research personnel.
• Ensure laboratory work complies with established standards and protocols.
• Isolate, identify, and prepare specimens for examination and testing.
