BIM Modeller - Structures

Key Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate BIM models across disciplines.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to project teams using BIM authoring tools.
• Follow BIM execution plans and project-specific documentation.
• Ensure compliance of models with industry-wide BIM standards.
• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data from BIM models.
• Create discipline-specific BIM modelling content.
• Produce drawings/details from engineering sketches and calculations.
• Generate detailed reinforcement and structural steel drawings.
• Ensure drawings follow company standards and quality requirements.
• Conduct clash detection, resolution, and reporting to achieve coordinated design.
• Review models/drawings to check design compliance.
• Deliver drawings/models within agreed project timelines.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience with Autodesk software: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Proficient in BIM modelling and authoring tools.
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP services.
• Understanding of BIM execution plans, industry BIM standards, and workflows.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Confident, proactive character with problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• 5+ years' relevant experience including Revit Structures.
• Keen interest in the built environment.
