Bids Specialist - IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating business from online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Elance, PeoplePerHour, etc.
• Generate new leads and acquire clients through portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, and others.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
• Explore and develop new business prospects, especially in Web Development, Mobile App Development, Game Development, and Digital Marketing services.
• Communicate with international clients and prepare compelling proposals.
• Manage the entire bidding process, including proposal writing, follow-ups, negotiations, and closure.
• Handle client communication professionally and ensure seamless project acquisition.
• Responsible for consistent revenue generation and meeting business targets.
• Maintain strong interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of bidding portals: Upwork, Elance, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
• Strong experience in online bidding, proposal writing, and client communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of IT terminologies and technologies related to web and mobile development.
• Experience in handling international clients and understanding their business needs.
• Prior background in an IT or Web Development company is highly preferred.
• Ability to generate new leads and drive business development initiatives.
• Must be innovative, creative, proactive, and a quick learner.
• Capable of team handling, multitasking, and managing client accounts efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a flair for business development.
