BI Data Visualization

Teamware Solutions is seeking a skilled BI Data Visualization Specialist with expertise in QlikView E3 to design, develop, and maintain compelling and interactive data visualizations. This role is crucial for transforming complex data into actionable insights, enabling our business users to make informed decisions and enhancing our overall business intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dashboard & Report Development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality, interactive QlikView E3 dashboards, reports, and data models to meet various business requirements.
• Data Modeling & Scripting: Create and optimize QlikView data models (QVDs, QVWs) and ETL scripts to ensure efficient data loading and transformation from various sources.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs, translating complex requirements into technical specifications.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize QlikView applications for performance and scalability, ensuring fast loading times and responsiveness for users.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level support for QlikView applications, identifying and resolving issues related to data discrepancies, performance, and user experience.
• User Training & Adoption: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower business users to effectively utilize QlikView dashboards and reports.
• Best Practices: Adhere to QlikView development best practices, standards, and governance policies to ensure consistency and maintainability.
• Data Integrity: Work closely with data warehousing and ETL teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity within QlikView applications.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of QlikView and broader BI trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in QlikView E3 development, including dashboard design, scripting, and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical QlikView solutions.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with various data sources and connectors (databases, flat files, APIs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
