Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure for non-IT positions
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring targets
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements accurately

Candidate Experience & Communication

• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs
• Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on recruitment progress
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-priority hiring environment
